Sales Policy

Ordering: ValueHunter.com is a sales website for ReDeploy, Ltd.  To place an order, either email or call us and we will complete the transaction with you by email, fax, or over the phone.  When you contact us, we will let you know shipping costs based on your location.  For very large items, we ask the buyer to make the freight arrangements.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, money order, cashier's checks, and cash as forms of payment.  It is not secure to send credit card information by email, therefore we suggest that you either call us or send it via fax.  For our protection, if paying by credit card or PayPal, we can only ship items to the billing address of the credit card.  

Shipping: We typically ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.  If the size and weight of the item(s) allows, we generally ship UPS Ground, although we will ship through other methods upon request (additional charges may apply).  We charge the actual UPS shipping cost plus a small handling fee.   For larger items, we generally require the buyer to make all pickup and shipping arrangements.  We can furnish names of specialized shipping companies upon request.  When the shipment is sent, we will email a tracking number and/or other details about the shipment.

Sales Tax: Texas residents must add 8.25% to their total purchase, including shipping.    
 
Our Warranty: We guarantee our products to be in the condition stated in the descriptions.  The warranty varies for each piece of equipment listed.  One reason for the varying warranties is that some of the equipment is off-lease equipment that we are selling for leasing companies, which we generally sell as-is because it is consignment equipment.  Another reason that we sell some equipment as-is is that with certain types of complicated or specialized equipment we do not have the ability to adequately test the equipment, so we sell it in as-is condition usually at a discount.   

Return Policy: All sales are final. No returns on shipped or picked-up merchandise, unless warranty-related.
